R+R=D. No, it isn't algebra. It's a lesson in civics. Rights plus responsibilities equal democracy. This presentation will challenge individuals to review responsibilities attached to personal rights. Discussion will focus on the need to register and vote. Voting is the one way for individuals to protect their rights.
